1. What is your shipping policy?
SHEPHORIA is a sole proprietorship (meaning it's just me: Hi! I'm Sarah) I ask that my customers be patient. Upon purchase, you will be notified via email that I have begun the processing stage. Once processed, packaged, and labeled, your order will be sent to our carrier and SHEPHORIA will send you a link to track your order. As a small business orders should anticipate 24-48 hours max before receiving a shipping link. SHEPHORIA is not responsible should external factors (carrier, pandemic, apocalypse, World War 3, or other) delay delivery, however, we will keep you informed on it.
2. What are your shipping costs?
SHEPHORIA currently utilizes Canada Post for shipping and must utilize their rates.
3. Where do you ship too?
At this time SHEPHORIA only ships within Canada and the United States.
Currently SHEPHORIA offers a no-contact local (25km) drop-off service.
4. How can I track my order?
SHEPHORIA will send you an email upon purchase notifying you that we've begun the processing stage. Once processed, labeled sent to our carrier, SHEPHORIA will send you a link to track your order. As a small business orders should anticipate 24 before receiving a shipping link.
